Using the twin cylinders, the DXGG cutter exerts an amazing cutting force to cut and crush concrete structures including steel frames and rebar.
The DXGG series, which can pinch objects while cutting, is now available in Taguchi's representative cutter series that demonstrates its excellent cutting ability on any demolition site!

The DXGG series with an original shape can pinch objects while cutting. The cut object can be pinched at the tip of the jaw. While maintaining the amazing cutting force of the DX cutter, the cutter is useful in an even wider variety of situations.

Powerful cutting with a special steel blade

The specially shaped cutting blade bites sharply into an object to be cut and can perform delicate work such as drilling holes in steel frames. Two sides can be used on the tip side of the cutting blade, and four sides can be used on the bottom side of the cutting blade. A special steel material is used exclusively for cutters, and it cuts both thin and thick materials, including steel frames, rebar, and cables.

Our in-house cylinders have achieved industry-leading cutting force and wide jaw opening.

Its greatest features are the wide jaw opening and the overwhelming cutting force provided by the original twin cylinders. While it is equipped as standard with a side cover for the main frame, cylinder rod cover, and speed valve block (on the jaw closing side) to prevent foreign objects from entering, it has achieved weight reduction. Two types of rotation are available: S type (hydraulic rotation) and A type (automatic rotation). A new model with a new type of rotation, AS type, is also available.

A first in the industry! Attachable to any excavator! Introducing the new hybrid AS type.

Introducing the new AS type, the industry's first rotation type. This hybrid model combines the conventional A type and S type. Easily set with the switching valve, you can select "A mode = automatic rotation" for the excavator with two-line piping and "S mode = full rotation" for the excavator with five-line piping.

･ Double two-way hydraulic piping is required for S type (including AS type in S mode). (However, for models other than DXGG-36 and DXGG-42, drain piping is required when the back pressure of the rotation line exceeds 2 MPa.)
･ Single two-way hydraulic piping is required for A type (including AS type in A mode). (Rotation may not be possible when the operating pressure is low.)
･ We recommend reinforcing the stick of a hydraulic excavator that has this product installed.
･ The attachment cannot be installed on a hydraulic excavator of a different class.
